Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "you") and MedBoardTutors, LLC ("MedBoardTutors," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at www.medboardtutors.com, purchasing services, scheduling tutoring sessions, or using any of our educational resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services Provided

MedBoardTutors provides specialized medical board examination preparation services, including personalized one-on-one tutoring for USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3, COMLEX Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, NBME shelf examinations, and medical coursework. Our services encompass live tutoring sessions conducted by licensed physicians, AI-guided study resources, proprietary high-yield PDF materials, customized study planning, test-taking strategy development, and performance tracking systems. All tutoring services are conducted online through video conferencing platforms, with scheduling and communication facilitated through our website, WhatsApp, or phone at 1-269-598-0015.

Our tutoring services are exclusively educational in nature and do not constitute formal medical education, clinical training, or professional medical advice. MedBoardTutors does not grant academic credit, degrees, or certifications, nor do we guarantee examination outcomes, medical school acceptance, residency placement, or professional licensing. Users acknowledge that success on medical board examinations depends on numerous factors beyond tutoring, including individual effort, study time, baseline knowledge, and test-taking abilities.

AI‑Assisted Content Notice

Portions of the Content and Services may be prepared or assisted by AI tools and then professionally reviewed. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying clinical or factual information from primary sources, including official exam blueprints, guidelines, and peer‑reviewed literature. The Services are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Tutor Qualifications and Assignments

All MedBoardTutors tutors are licensed physicians who have successfully completed their own medical board examinations with exceptional scores, typically averaging above 260 on USMLE examinations. We maintain a network of over 50 qualified tutors selected for their examination performance, teaching ability, and communication skills. Tutor assignments are made at MedBoardTutors' sole discretion based on availability, alignment with expertise, scheduling compatibility, and our assessment of the best match for each student's needs.

While we strive to accommodate student preferences regarding tutor selection, we reserve the right to assign or reassign tutors as necessary to ensure service continuity and quality. Students may request tutor changes, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis, though approval is not guaranteed. In the event of tutor unavailability, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified substitute or reschedule the session.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is required in advance of tutoring sessions through our approved payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other methods as specified on our website. Payment plans serviced by PayPal are available to US customers. Before any payment is required, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation session to understand your needs and develop a customized study approach.
